‘baby KX’

Mickey is not KW’s ‘baby KX’ anymore, instead, she call this display monkey as her ‘baby KX’.
She addresses the monkey as KX or sometimes she calls it as didi (brother). When she saw me playing with KX, she will go to take this monkey, carry it like carrying a baby and tell me she is playing with her ‘KX’ too. 
Sometimes, I am wondering if she thought that every baby is calls as KX……
