Pregnancy is really miracle. I never know that a big project has started in my tummy when I am discussing with doctor about the procedure to remove the fibroid inside my uterus.
I remember that day, I went for the check up and I skip the urine test. I really don’t have the urge to pee and I am very sure that I m not pregnant. After fixing the date with doc, the doc ask me suddenly whether I have take the urine test, so I just said NO, but he insists me to take it.
Both we can’t believe that there is another faint line appear on the test strip!!! Yes, I am pregnant!! Immediately doc did the vaginal scan for me and confirms that there is a yolk sac inside my uterus but can’t see any heartbeat there. In fact, it too early to see the heartbeat as it is 4 weeks only.
My next appointment with doc is really amazing as I hear the heartbeat of the little life inside me; it was like the sound of horse galloping, fast and furious.
I think it is really fated to both KW and us. And lesson learned, never ever skip the urine test!!!

Not sure it that something wrong to my body or I am just the lucky one, I lose about 10kgs a days after I delivered KW, I m gaining about 22kgs that times! I am maintaining the weight of about 55-56kgs after that until my second pregnancy. I m gaining about 12kgs for the second pregnancy, and lost about 8kgs a days after the delivery! Amazing, right? And now, nearly 3 months since the delivery, my weight was hanging on 55 kgs! Wonder it is possible to get back to 50kgs which is the weight before I become a mother!

Both the parent of hub was passed away years ago and we are staying with his aunt who takes care of hub and his sister since they are very young. His aunt was no married and both hub and sis was treating her like a mother and we have the responsibility to take care of her. However, she is not a very friendly person; in fact she was quite arbitrary and stubborn.
She was commented the CL since the very first day she work for me… and after cold war, black face for few days, the war was burst out finally! The CL told me that if I m allow, she want to resign as she really cannot tahan hub’s aunt anymore!
CL : sometimes have to add a bit salt or soy sauce to make the dish eatable.
AT : cannot add salt or soy sauce even a little bit only!
CL : the agarics must be overnight to make it soft.
AT : the agarics cannot be soak overnight.
CL : must drink the homemade chicken essence
AT : chicken essence is no good, have to drink ginger drink!
CL : breastfeed baby no need to drink water.
AT : …. * Don’t understand but dare not to say anything as I agreed on what the CL said, her face turn black!
CL : ………………
AT : …………………..
There are still quite a lot of ‘sesame’ things which I cant reckon….
After discuss with hub, we decide to let her go as there is no point for me to pay so high hire her but the dishes she cook must follow exactly as what hub’s aunt instruct and I cant even drink the chicken essence to ‘rejuvenate’ my weak body! If like this, better ask his aunt to cook for me while I can save up my money as the dishes cooked by the CL were same as her …
So, today is the last day of my CL and she has work for me for 11 days only!

9.30am – I have quite a lot of discharge suddenly, I suspect it was mucous plug although it was clear in the color.
8.30pm - I was driving home myself under the heavy rain with a ‘bearable’ contraction. I am going through the contraction in every 10 minutes, I think as I need to concentrate to drive instead of counting it.
10.30pm – I can’t stand and difficult to sit when the contraction took place, it should be time to go to hospital. Took a quick shower and get my hair washed.
11.25pm – Going through the contraction in every 7-8 minutes. The security guard get me a wheel chair and brought me to the labour room while hub parking his car. The VE showed I was dilated 5-6cm and was ready for labour. CTG monitor was attaching to my belly immediately. The pain has become worst and worst and it drove me to express the need of epidural. But, the midwife told me it cost about at 1.5k to take epidural at night. Ough, give up! The midwife teaches me on how to use the laughing gas correctly and it work fine although I still can feel the pain. I request for the Pepthidine jab. The Pepthidine jab was administered in 20 minutes later. Has the urge to push very soon after the jab, I heard the midwife asking to call the doc as I was ready to pop.
30 May 2007
00.43am – The lil fella was out finally after a few push! I was in a very ‘high’ mood when I was asking to push, I think it was effect of Pepthidine jab and the laughing gas. I just couldn’t believe I m going through all these contraction, push and delivered within few hours only. Amazing!!

When I was stepped in the delivery suite for my CTG monitoring that day, I felt so scared! I feel so scare when I saw the “laughing gas” mask, the mask was hanging there next to the bed! I feel so scare when I saw those medical equipment placed next to the mask, it recall back all my memory when I m delivered kw last time! The pain and the helpless as a first time mom!
Yes, I m so scare of the pain suddenly! I m scare the pain will be painful than last time!

I had my 39th week check up today.
My weight – 66.8kgs
Baby’s weight – 3.1kgs
I was so surprise that both of us didn’t gained much for the pass week, I thought will gain at least 500 gram for the lil fella, but it was 0.06kgs only!! Too little although ‘i ate a lot’… I think
The doc did a scan on the lil fella blood circulation using his high-end ultrasound machine and the result was great and he was healthy.
So far, my blood pressure was fine, no sign of swollen and no sign of going to pop as well although i have contraction many times a day…
Was schedule to force the lil fella come out to meet us on 4 June if he still refuses to come out before the date.

How times flies, I just couldn’t believe that I might going to deliver in another 10 days! Hopefully it is not before that…
Having a baby inside me is much more easier than raising up a baby, that’s why I don’t wish the baby come out so soon, although I m so eager to see him, to touch him… antinomy huh??
Anyway, let see what my gynea say as my next appointment is on tomorrow.

There are few questions about breast feeding pop out in my mind just now!
“What I have to prepare for breast feeding?” So far, what I have is breast pump, breast milk warmer, nipple shield, disposable breast pad and breast milk storage bag given my sis.
How long for a pumping session? 20mins or 30mins?
Let said if I m only able to pump out 2oz each time, can I mix the 2 pump out and make it 4oz in one storage? Or I have to store it separately in 2oz x 2 storage?
