no more kids along?

According to my travel companion, she said that she quite regret to bring the kids along for the trip to Japan. Traveling long holiday with her 2 kids really stress her, so there will be no more long holiday with them along. :)

Both kw and kiki has fever on the fifth day of our holiday. at that moment, I am so regret not bringing the kava kava supplement along to the trip. She may have a speedy recovery if she has take kava supplement and don’t have to suffer the tiredness. No choice, but I have to buy the fever medicine from the local drugstore to feed her.

Day 2, Hakone

I woke up with a start as outside is so bright! Bright until my eyes cannot open! So, I thought I was late to catch the 7.28am train to Hakone!!!! Fast fast woke up hubby and check the time again, alamak, it was 5am yish only!!! Still got plenty of time. :)

We check-out the hotel and leave our luggage with the hotel as we will check in again the day after. Yes, we are going to stay a night at Hakone and try out the real onsen! It is my first time try the onsen although it was the fourth time I been to Japan. LOL

We start the journey to Hakone sharp at 7.28am and reach Hakone Yumoto at 9am. Our first stop is visit to Hakone Shrine which is few minutes away from Moto Hakone-ko. The weather is hot, but the wind is cold and strong!

The kids ….

We have our lunch at a restaurant nearby, and then continue our journey to take the pirate ship from Hakonemachi-ko to Togendai-ko and taking the ropeway cable car to Owakudani. Owakudani is the famous tourist spot at Hakone with sulfurous fumes arising, also the last spot for the day.

Frankly, I am damn regret to hike up to the hill as most of the spots are closed for renovation! Especially, I am carrying KX which is like carrying a pack of 10kgs rice!

Transiting so many types of transports really tiring us, until I forgot to get up to try the onsen. :)

Australia

About a week before we depart for Tokyo, hubby told me that maybe we should go to other country for our next trip! Wow, I am so happy to hear the word “next trip”….. LOL

Anyway, he told me maybe we can plan to go to Australia next time! Talk about Australia, before I first go to Japan, Australia is my dream destination. I have read a lot about the places of interest of Australia. I even plan to bring the kids to experience the farm stay at Brisbane. :) I think, that must be very fun to try it out!

As of what I have read, flying to Australia is actually not as costly as flying to Japan, and of course included the domestic flight. In fact, there are lot of bargain and cheap flights to Australia available in the internet. Besides that, you can also compare the flight ticket offer from the internet easily and quickly.

Other than the flight ticket, the accommodation of Australia is affordable too. There are plenty choices of the accommodation available from studio, hotel to apartment. Wow, the more I think about it, the more I feel like want to go there now! LOL

the medicine label

It is 20th century now; everything also goes online and wireless. Unlike last time, we are now able to get a lot of information we needed from the fingertips easily; as long as there is internet, then there is information we needed. How convenience the world is now!

As for the doctors, or pharmacists, they can even access to the free online drug reference tool for medical websites anytime instead to checking on the book or guide in their office or in the library. That really brings a lot of convenience to them where they can provide the accurate information to the patients within times.

This announcement was paid for by Epocrates.

Business Loans

After the long holidays, I was a bit shock when my boss told me the bank has changed the policy where all the cheques issued will be cleared immediately. There is no more 3 days float or 1 day float! No doubt, it is a good news for the cheque receiver but a bad news for the cheque issuer.

Because of that, we have to hold the cheque until we surely confirm that there is enough money in the bank. However, it is tiring to repeat this everyday! maybe my boss should apply the Business Loans for more funds, since the process of applying and getting the fund is so easy and fast!
