The bosses has implement a new rules, where the maternity leave entitle for the staff is 30 days, instead of the 60 days under the labor laws. If you are going to take more then it is consider as unpaid leave.
So ridiculous, is it? In fact, 2 months of maternity leave is already consider less as compare to other country, like UK which is 9 months maternity leave.
I am so curious to know can the staff report and complaint to the labor office about this issue? It is consider as violate the labor law?
Anyway, it is not my business as I have decided to close shop, but just not fair to others.

Ok, what can an 8 months old baby do? Let me show you mine. 
At 8 months old,
He is a lil monster with 2 lower front teeth and always “mum mum, mum mum” around.
He is very good in crawling, he no longer crawling like a combat, in fact he crawl like a pro and he can really crawl very fast when he wanted to grab something, especially paper.
He likes to eat, but he doesn’t eat much, maybe he has small stomach. He hardly could finish the 6oz of milk most of the time, unless we feed him when he is in the dreamland. On and off, we feed him with cereal and porridge, as well as white bread.
He tends to stand up when he found any support, of course he can’t really make it when his support is the coach and not a human.
He knows which button to push to eject the CD tray out, so that he can grab the CD to eat. Terrible!!

There are few days to the Chinese New Year; I think I need to have my Chinese New Year shopping as soon as possible. Time to spend money, there are lot of things to buy, such as the foods and drinks. This year, I m not going to buy the mineral water, instead I will buy the o premium waters. O premium water is healthier as it is begins with the highest quality purified water created by our exclusive 10 step purification process. Nowadays, not really that much of people like the carbonate drinks and most of them prefer to drink water. Maybe they are concern about their health.

I have finalizes all the pending itinerary and get it all printed and sorted according within a day (initially i thought i need about 2 days) after sacrifice the precious blogging (included writing $$ post) and chatting time. I have to do so, or else I can’t concentrate for it, in fact I have delayed it for almost a month time. They are flying this weekend and another gang of them flying next week. LOL
Anyway, now is the time to collect my paid and start to clear my feed reader, clear all the pending post! Seems like never ending rushing!!!

She said she want this set of Elmo apparel when we went shopping the other day.
After spreading the Furikake virus, I finally started to let KW try it.
Like others, she loves it, especially the snoopy furikake. I think she like the shape of snoopy head only la. She loves to ask me to listen to her tummy if the ‘dog’ is barking inside her tummy. So, I have to pretend like the dog is barking and sometimes there is cat or duck inside her tummy too.
By playing this, she can finish her meal faster than usual. I just tell her “snoopy is hungry, need to eat liao” or “snoopy want to eat vege” “snoopy want to eat xxxx”.

KW love to address herself as baby. She wants to imitate her lil brother when she tells me that she is “baby”. When she saying that, I will just reply her “oh, you are baby ah?” then she nod her head and start to
squeeze herself into the walker and playing the accessories on the walker,
drink the milk by lying on the bouncer,
play his brother toys,
Oh ya, before I forgot, she wants to sit on the infant carrier too, just like her lil brother.
From what I have observed, there is no jealousy between her and her brother although she always imitating him, instead, she is doing that for fun. Fun for her and also fun for me to take the precious photo.
