I decided to refinance my house as the current interest charged by the bank is quite expensive. So, I m trying to search for the suitable home refinance package so that I can compare against the latest interest for home loan and my current home loan.
A friend introduced me to get the home loan or home equity loan from modernlend, as it can provide me the loan quote easily without me to rush here and there for it.

Last time when our company wanted to hire a General Manager, we did advertise in paper, then get the recruitment agent to find a suitable candidate for us, it was a very troublesome job to do all these recruitment thingy! Most of the candidates from the agent is not qualify actually, that agent just simply get someone to us! It is bad!
This time, we are going to hire another one, but we will appoint A.E. Feldman Associates, Inc to do the headhunters for us! And guess what, all the candidates they got for us all very well and we are hard to choose as there is one position only!

We bought KW a tent from Ikea although we don’t have any extra room to put up the tent.However, we did put up the tent temporary in the living room for her to play. She very happy ran here and there to help to set up the tent and busy filling up the tent with her toys after that.
Actually, I was a bit regret to buy the tent. She want me to be inside the tent with her, she want me to “oi oi” there.

I think I want to start to plan and save for my retirement life. It is not easy to plan for it actually, the expenditure is increasing from day to day, but we still collect the same wages every month. It is hard to fight against the inflation actually.
Therefore I think it is time to do something for my future life. After searching around, I think invests in stock options trading would be a good idea as it is low risk than share market, as well as the forex exchange rate! Also, I don’t have to worry much if I subscribe to the Power Option to assist me!

Yesterday, when I feed KW dinner, the below conversation comes out,
“later we go to see Mickey, OK?”
“bu yao, yao qu kai kai, Carrefour” (don’t want, want to go Carrefour)
“we go see duck duck (Donald)?”
“bu yao, yao qu kai kai, Carrefour”(don’t want, want to go Carrefour)
………………. repeat several times, until we reach the car park, then she said
“kan (watch) Mickey” …. Ops, no longer Carrefour!
…………………………………………………………………….
We went to watch the Mickey Magic Show yesterday.
There are lots of Disney merchandiser for sales, the dolls, bag, wizard hat, toys, coloring book, and the cup! Ops… I like the cup; it comes with the straw where the bottom of the straw is the hand of Mickey which can use like a tea spoon.
Thanks to Michelle share with me her 25% discount. Our seat was second row from the stage, it was very near and close to the stage actually! Luckily the stage is not as high as the concert stage, so we have no problem to watch the show from the front.
The show is great, but not much of sing and dance. However, KW still enjoys it very much, as well as the parent! 
She manages to shake hand with Mickey during the ending when everyone goes to the front!
** There is an usher sitting in front of us, but he just no bothers us to take photo until his boss (I think) ask him to stop us.

Last time when I studied in college, I spend the night time to work as a part time promoter at a shopping mall as I don’t want to rely on my parent and burden them. Anyway, it was the story of about ten years ago.
Ten year later which is today, there are Credit Cards For College Students
which introduced by the banker to provide credit facility to the college student. Frankly, if this does introduce 10 years ago, I am sure I will apply one for myself.
I m looking into the student credit card introduce by CitiBank which is 0% APR for 6 months and $0 liability on unauthorized purchases.
