I like Photobook

I planned to make a photobook using my collection of LO. I want to try to print on a small 21×21 book to see if it is nice then only I proceed to work for a large 30×30 book.

Last year, when I was working on my book of the Japan trip, I was faint when I saw the total $$$! It was a little bit more than RM1k! So, I try my luck and make a call to them to ask if any discount. I was given 20% discount at first, but it still very pricey….. So I call the lady again and ask for more… she is very helpful and got me 30% discount for the appeal. OK, that’s not bad… better than no discount, right?

Later on, I am trying to email their boss as I noticed that he did give out some discount code for the book in a photography forum, however he said 30% is the max as i am working on the large book which is very costly.. and promised to give me 50% on my next 21×21 book! Hahahah… that’s the reason why I wanted to print a 21×21 book for my LO.

Few days later which I suppose to get my book on that day, they call me to apologize as they cant ready the book for me on time, also they found that the original stitching is not suitable for me book, as it is thick, so they recommend to do the hardcover for me, and it was FREE which they usually charge RM50 for it. Aiyoh, sure I agree ler!!!

I got my book about a week later. But, the story hasn’t ended…. The boss calls me again few months later and asks me to send them my photobook; they wanted to make the album jacket for my book which they newly created for the hardcover book. It was a sheet of paper with the images same as the first page tie the cover of the book. This service is FREE too.

As for me, their service is very good, as well as the quality of the book. Also, the boss still remembers that the 50% discount he promised me when I show her the email to ask for the discount code.

Reward program

I think our company need to partnership with webloyalty for the reward program to our customer. The intention by doing so is very clear, we want to attract the customer return to us, as well as attract new customer at the same time. Besides, wee may also get to earn an extra $0.50 to $2.00 for every transaction, it was guaranteed.

As for customer who has accumulated a certain amount of point, they can get it exchange with the discount voucher, cash voucher, or any goods as long as they have enough of point to redeem it.

In return, both the customer and our bosses are benefit each other, everyone will be happy with what they get. So, promoting the reward program is worked.

Happy 5th Month

Times flies…. It seems like I am just giving birth to my baby, and now, he is 5 months old already!!!

Btw, he still drinks 6oz of milk with the interval of every 2.5 hours to 3 hours, instead of 4 to 5 hours last time.

-He is very active now, always trying to lift his body up when he was lying on the baby bouncer.

-He can hold his bottle using both his tiny hand.

-He was a mini Schumacher when he was in the walker.

-When he saw something he likes, he will want to grab it.

-Ops, he likes to jump!! Tired for us to hold him to jump!!
